This manual is to assist graduates in making positive euthanasia-related changes within their veterinary services. It is designed to be reviewed and completed together by all members of the team, either at one time or in sections as time permits. Answers to each section should be recorded and followed by every member of the team.

Reflect deeply on what is important to your team, your clients, and your pet patients. While a serious topic, have fun with it and review the answers often for consistency and clarity.
