Virtual End-of-Life Communication Workshop (RECORDING)

Every member of the veterinary team plays a role in supporting clients through the loss of a beloved animal. Yet talking about death can be one of the most difficult parts of the job. This workshop from the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) is designed to help veterinary and animal sheltering professionals communicate with confidence and compassion.

Through focused training, you’ll learn how to choose words that bring comfort, clarity, and connection before, during, and after euthanasia. Whether you’re on the phone at reception, assisting in the room, or supporting families afterward, this workshop will help make meaningful conversations feel more natural.
